Return Policy Biological Cosmetics Corporation L.L.C.

Art. 1 According to the GEO no. 34/2014, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Product within a maximum of 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery.

Art. 2 In order for the return to be accepted, the Product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: unused, without traces of use, without bumps or scratches, accompanied by all the accessories with which it was delivered, in the original packaging plus a packaging to ensure the transport in good condition, if applicable as well as the invoice or proof of purchase of the Product

Art. 3 For the return of a Product, for any reason, you can use the Return Form from your account or you can send us your request by phone or by e-mail to: sales@biologicacosmetics.com or on the contact page: https://biologicacosmetics.com/contact/. 

Art. 4 The cost of return shipping will be borne by the Buyer if the reason for the return is determined exclusively by to the Buyer. 

Art. 5 After verifying the returned product, its value will be either refunded to the account from which the payment was made or by generating a voucher with the value of the returned product, or offset by the delivery of other products chosen by the Buyer, depending on the Buyer’s preference.

Art. 6 The term for settling the return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the Seller. 

Art. 7 In case the Buyer requests the withdrawal from the Contract within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, he must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product.

Art.8 If the Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal after using the Products to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and mode of operation, the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Products, which will be deducted from the amount subject to refund. For clarity, from the total price of the returned Product, the Seller will retain a sum of money that represents the decrease of the value of the Product in proportion of 5% -50% of the initial value of the Product, as the case may be. The equivalent value of the diminution fee will be communicated to the Buyer upon receipt of the returned Products.
